How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After you receive your confirmation number, US orders should arrive within 2-7 business days and international orders within a 4 business days to 4 weeks depending on the method chosen. This can vary from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, shipping information for international orders is shown below. Please email [email protected] for more information about pricing.

Canada:

For free shipping on orders over $200 use code FREESHIPPINGCANADA, otherwise see international orders below. Only applicable to Canadian orders.

International Orders:

USPS First Class Airmail without tracking $17.00+, please allow 2-4 Weeks for delivery.

USPS Priority Airmail $35.00+, please allow 1-2 Weeks for delivery.

USPS Express Mail $39.00+, please allow 4-6 Days for delivery.

The above prices represent individual orders, depending on weight and size, multiple items may result in an increased shipping cost. Please place your order via email if shipping is a concern. Currency is above us in USD.

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! Unless otherwise stated, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 24-48 hours for most items. For scarves or custom items, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number after your item/items are completed. Depending on availability, scarves and custom orders may take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there. ;-)

Will you restock sold out items?

Yes we do, please keep an eye out on Facebook and Twitter for updates.

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?

You have up to 15 days upon receipt of your item to return it for an exchange/store credit only. Exchanges are only appilcable for products of equal or lesser value and NOT applicable towards new or recently added products. Shipping charges are not refundable.

What about fit?

All of our bracelets are ‘one size fits most’ (7-7.5" in diameter) unless otherwise stated in the product details section.

If you are unsure about the size of your wrist, or the fit you would like we recommend that you measure your wrist and decide on the fit you would like (snug or loose) and include this in a email to [email protected] with your order.

How should I care for my items?

Jewelry:

Store your jewelry in a dry, airless environment (like a plastic bag). Avoid contact with chemicals from perfume, hairspray, lotion, etc. If your jewelry ever looks dull, use a jewelry polishing cloth.
